What an adventurous year we've had. Right after joining Morsus Mihi (RAWR), BoB invaded our allies during MAX campaign.
While the initial onslaught was bad on our side, things turned after awhile. During the span of 2 weeks, over 300 capitals were lost on the battle field in what were 2 of the largest capital ship fights known to date... and Shrike, lost 2 Avatars.
Soon after, BoB left the area and went after Goons in the south with -A- who were a long time ally of Goons. Fighting continued on that front for awhile... We went down to help provide some breathing room for Goons. Then out of no where, a director in BoB defected to Goons and in doing so, disbanded the alliance on his way out. What happened next was just epic from either side.
Goons dropped what they had, and moved lock and stock into Delve. They started to purge BoB from the space. Everyone went for Delve... BoB docked their entire capital fleet in a single station... which got perma bubble camped for a month while every POS was destroyed.
We lost count on the # of POS's destroyed after the first few hundred. After the hell purge of BoB from EvE, we went back on our way to Tribute.
We cleared out the rift raft from Venal, and rode some bikes. Few more months go by, we do various things around, from killing TRI for the 3rd, 4th or 5th time... can't remember anymore... and virtually any red tower in the area.
Here we are today, waiting for Dominion to hit and see all the chaos that ensues!
